While the brunch buffet and free-flowing drinks are available until 3pm, our new dedicated cheese room will be open until 4pm making Atelier restaurant that best place for Sunday brunch and a perfect weekend destination where you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy….
THE BEST SUNDAY BRUNCH BUFFET THAT SATISFIES ALL CRAVINGS
At our main buffet line, Atelier’s Sunday brunch welcomes you with an indulgent collection of local and international cuisines. A wide range of seafood on ice is served, including, Fine de Claire oysters and New Zealand mussels. From the grill station, you will find river prawns, juicy beef sirloin, tender lamb chops, as well as decadent foie gras. Aside from barbecue delights, there will also be Asian delicacies like dim sum, pecking duck and suckling pigs. Japanese sashimi, Indian and Thai curries as well as big pan Paella. Next up is the sweets corner featuring our homemade confectionery bars, chocolate fountain, crêpes Suzette, artisan ice cream, classic cakes, Thai treats and fresh tropical fruits.
Then, the new dedicated cheese room set in a cosy rustic ambience and surrounded by fine wines. With an assortment of more than 20 imported cheeses including creamy camembert, softly ripened Coulommiers, six-month matured Mimolette and 24-month aged Comte’. While the main buffet line ends at 3pm, this dedicated cheese room will be open until 4pm. So, no need to rush home – you can stay behind and tuck into an array of cheeses with a glass of sparkling wine, brandy, whisky (or all).
